Hot Shots Tennis Community Play - Deliverer Registration Form
The Community Play Program is designed for Affiliated Tennis Venues who do not have a qualified tennis coach but want to offer children the opportunity to experience the Hot Shots Tennis program.

The Community Play Program is designed to be coordinated by a person nominated by the Affiliated Tennis Venue as the Community Play Coordinator. The Community Play Coordinator may also have club volunteers assist in the delivery of the Hot Shots Tennis program.

This Registration Form should be completed by the nominated Community Play Coordinator.
